The overall experience was different today. I gave 4 stars instead of five. I asked about numbing my gums for Arestin & other medication during the treatment and was told it wasn’t a deep cleaning; so it wasn’t needed. Yes!! it was needed because my gums were very sensitive and I was in a lot of pain. Felt like the omission was intentional because I constantly was holding my hand up to indicate that I was in pain. In previous experience (not a deep cleaning) I was administered painkiller injection not sure why this go round I didn’t get a listening ear.
